In case we have to contact you urgently, please notify us immediately if your address or telephone number changes. If you move out of our catchment area, you can still use our services for 28 days after you move. Thereafter you need to register with another surgery. In May 2018 we began a text reminder service. Please use the contact form on the website to inform us of your mobile phone number so that we can check our records to ensure that we have the most up to date details.
